Create an account to borrow items. 

Click on the inventory tab to browse our library for inspiration or to reserve items for loan.

Slings

Reserved slings can be collected from Green by the Bay, a sling social (details to the right) or hired by post. 

Alternatively if you wish to try out some slings before making a decision, which I would highly recommend, come along to a social or book a one to one appointment (details on the right).

Cloth Nappies

Our nappy kits may have waiting lists when demand is high so please fill in the relevant form.

What does it cost? 

Slings
Stretchy wraps and hybrid carriers £8 for 4 weeks. 

Buckles and other carriers £12 for 4 weeks. 

Annual members (£65 per year) have the benefit of free loans of one sling, with unlimited swaps for 12 months (terms apply).
6 month members (£45 per 6 months) have the benefit of free loans, with unlimited swaps for 6 months (terms apply).

Cloth Nappies

Newborn kits 30 nappies and accessories £30 for 8 weeks.

Birth to potty kits 18 nappies and accessories £20 for 4 weeks.

Nappy Pods 7 nappies £10 for 10 days.

(£30 cash-back available for North Tyneside residents).

No appointment need, just come along after storytime.

Parenting Social and Sling Library  

2nd and 4th Friday of the month

No appointment needed, just come along to hire slings or get a sling fit.
