Some people like this for:

Front carries, hip carries, sharing with another adult. Simple design. Quick back carries, versatility, colour, accessories.

Some people don't like this: 
They can be bulky to fold, shoulder straps are not always a good fit for back carries if you're petite. Too much padding,
Buckles/webbing may put pressure on adults breast tissue in the early days. 
The panel is often outgrown before baby reaches the maximum weight.
